2. the purpose of processing is:
a. handling of submitted enquiries - on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) RODO - consent of the data subject;
b. booking a hotel room - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) of the DPA - consent of the data subject;
c. fulfilment of the contract for hotel services - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) RODO;
d. marketing of the controller's services - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) RODO - subject to the data subject's consent;
e. ensuring the security of persons and property located in the hotel and restaurant through the use of video surveillance - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO;
f. ensuring the security of persons and property located in the hotel and restaurant by identifying all persons in the room hotel - on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) of the DPA;
g. conclusion and execution of the contract for the organisation of the wedding reception
3. personal data will be stored:
a. concerning enquiries made - for a period of 30 days;
b. for bookings for a period of 12 months from the date of reservation;
c. concerning the performance of a contract for hotel services - for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which the stay in the hotel took place;
d. for marketing purposes - until the data subject revokes their consent or the business reason ceases to exist;
e. in video surveillance systems - for 30 days.
4. recipients of personal data may be:
a. The provider of the booking platform for hotel services;
b. companies providing services related to the industry
c. Entities entitled to obtain personal data by law;
5. you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify it, the right to data portability - concerning the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or the performance of the accommodation contract, and, to the extent consented to, you also have the right to erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time;
6. you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
7. providing personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide data may result in
a. refusal to provide the accommodation and catering service - in the case of data processed for the conclusion of the accommodation contract;
b. refusal of reservation - in the case of room reservation;
